- Love cooking many different types of foods using many different methods. But is there anything so sweet as the flesh of some formerly living animal seared over flame? I think not.
- What outdoor cooking gear do you have?

Weber Summit Platinum 4 burner stainless steel with a side burner. It's a little overkill for a single guy living alone in an apartment (and too big for the restrictions of many apartment complexes).
- What's most important, the cooking process or the finished product?

Harmony between the two.
- Do you prefer gas, electric, or flame?

Charcoal with real wood accents is the way to go for true flavor, but you can't beat the convenience of propane.
- Do you know the difference between grilling and BBQing?

Grilling=cooking over fire. BBQ=using fire as the heat source for food flavored with the smoky smell of woods accented with rubs or sauces capturing the flavor of a particular region.
