Introduction
My family BBQs rain, snow, sleet or hail! Seriously, we're practically mental in this regard! I'm a single woman and I BBQ and smoke just for me at least once a week. Will bring recipe for smoked pork tenderloin enchiladas!

Nice people who know their stuff: cooking techniques, brands of grills and smokers, the festivals, the restaurants. Bob Herndon even distributed a map of barbeque joints all over the state, sent to him by a friend.
