We generally have BBQ experiences. Not just coming together to have a meal which is fun as well. These meetings provide an experience with the creative cuisine. You can generally expect to meet the Owners, Pit Masters and chiefs. There's always at least one prize. You'll just about always taste a variety of food rather than one order from the standard menu.
